Park City -- Park City, UT | Trail Map

Park City is a really nice resort. It has several different sections with their own lifts. It has really nice intermediate & advanced trails. The Park City area has a really nice transportation system too.

Dec. 21-25, 2007 - I went with Terry, Allison, Michael, Mom, Dad, Aunt Terrie, Uncle Vince, Sarah, & Mark.

Wolf Creek -- Pagosa Springs, CO | Trail Map

Wolf Creek is as a nice resort. They get the most snow in Colorado. Not as many people go there, because it's not close to Denver, so it's nice to have less crowded trails.

Winter Park -- Winter Park, CO | Trail Map

Winter Park is really cool. There is so many advanced trails there. I only spent one day there so I didn't get to explore it as much as I would've liked.

Whistler Blackcomb -- Whistler, BC Canada | Trail Map

Whistler Blackcomb is the biggest resort I've ever been to. It has 8,171 acres & is still growing. There's pretty much always fresh snow & it's so big that you can find different weather conditions just by moving from one end of the mountain to the other or going up or down the slopes! It's a great place to go, but you haveta like Canada...

Canaan Valley -- Davis, WV | Trail Map

This resort is on the smaller side, but it seems pretty decent for a family or someone who's not as advanced. I planned a day trip there for my Program Planning class & took whoever wanted to go. It was a lot of fun hanging out with everybody dispite the lack of challent (for me) & the really windy, not so great weather.

Feb. 21, 2004 - I went with people in my Recreation & Parks classes.

Whitetail -- Mercersburg, PA | Trail Map

Though it's a small resort, it's close enough to go for a day. It's not challenging at all, so therefore it's nowhere near my top choice. It's fun to have snowball fights while snowboarding though!

Vail -- Vail, CO | Trail Map

This was my first time snowboarding out west & the powder kicked ass! The resort & surrounding areas are beautiful. The resort is huge & has opportunites for all levels of experience.

Dec. 26-31, 2003 - I went with my family.

Liberty -- Carroll Valley, PA | Trail Map

Liberty is not that big, nor is it challenging. It's a good place for beginners or families. I went there, not for lessons, but for credit for a snowboarding class in college 3 times & 2 other times just to go snowboarding because it was close.

Stratton -- Stratton, VT | Trail Map

I went here with my boyfriend Terry so of course we had a great time together. However I was a little dissappointed with the conditions of the slopes. Not all of the trails were open & most of them were solid ice in large patches. I don't know if that's the usual conditions or not, but I wont be going back there.

Massanutten -- Harrisonburg, VA | Trail Map

This is the smallest resort I've ever been to! There's only 14 trails & since we went at the beginning of the season, only 7 trails were open. I had a good time because I love snowboarding, however it was not challenging at all & in my opinion it is what the name says a "Mass of nothing".

Snowshoe -- Snowshoe, WV | Trail Map

This place is an ok resort if you're not that advanced or you're with a family. I just didn't feel challeged at all & that's what I look for. It has a few decent trails on the backside though.

Hunter -- Hunter, NY | Trail Map

This is the 4th place I went to. This was when I was still learning to snowboard. It was a cool place so I wanna go back & go on on the harder slopes now that I can really snowboard!

Camelback -- Tannersville, PA | Trail Map

This is the 3rd place I went to. I've been there a bunch of times & each time I had a lot of fun! It's a really nice place to go.

This is the 2nd place I went to. I've been there a bunch of times now, but the first time was when I was a lil' Girlscout LoL!

Wintergreen -- Wintergreen, VA | Trail Map

This is the 1st place I ever went to when I was really little. This was when I skied. (I skied before I snowboarded, but I'll never go back!! :D) It's small, but it was pretty fun.
